TOGU® Aero-Step® XL

Balance Trainer for fitness and therapy to improve coordination, balance, and equilibrium. The textured surface additionally provides a foot reflexology massage and enhances blood circulation. Whether standing or lying down, the air-filled Aero Step, together with its air chamber system, creates an unstable, non-slip surface, constantly challenging the body for stabilization and strengthening the deep muscles. The material of the Aero Step® is very sturdy, making it suitable for outdoor use as well.
