The Togu® Aero-Step® Pro is an air-filled training and therapy device for strengthening and improving coordination, flexibility, and stability. The proven stability trainer with a 2-chamber air system as an unstable surface allows for exercises with individually adjustable difficulty levels and training effects.
The Aero-Step Pro can be used on both sides. While the smooth side is used for performing fitness exercises, the knobbed side is often used in the field of rehabilitation and therapy for additional stimulation and promoting circulation. Thanks to its large, unstable surface, exercises can be done on the Aero Step Pro while standing, sitting, or in prone, side-lying, and supine positions.
