The air-filled and individually adjustable training device for balance and coordination is especially suitable for foot and leg axis training in fitness and therapy. The red version is made of slightly firmer material and is therefore relatively stable and easier to use. The anthracite colored Aero-Step One is generally softer and thus less stable. The air pressure can be regulated for both devices via a needle valve. The robust balance pads can also be used outdoors and with shoes.
