The Togu Actiball Relax Thermo is a massage ball with a special thermo-gel filling that can be used for heat and cold therapy. The very pleasant and 100% skin-friendly material made of Ruton adapts ideally to the body shapes during application and use. Even hard-to-reach body parts can be effectively accessed with the 10 cm ball. The thermo filling of the ball can be heated either in the microwave or in a water bath (please follow the instructions in the user manual).
