The Togu Actiball Relax Thermo is a massage ball with a special thermo gel filling that can be used for heat and cold therapy. The very comfortable and 100% skin-friendly material made of Ruton perfectly adapts to the body shapes during application and pressure. Even hard-to-reach areas of the body can be easily reached with the 10 cm ball. The thermo filling of the ball can be heated either in the microwave or in a water bath (please follow the instructions in the user manual). The Togu Thermo Ball can be cooled in the refrigerator (not in the freezer). This allows for a heat or cold treatment depending on your needs.
