The complete radio-controlled timing system is suitable for precise recording and evaluation of running and lap times in various sports. It is supplied with two RS 2806F radio light barriers on photo tripods. The photo tripods can be used flexibly on different surfaces and allow secure alignment of the light barriers.

The FE 284 USB radio USB adapter is powered directly via the USB interface of a laptop and can be used with up to four light barriers. The light barriers are powered by the batteries of the radio devices, so no additional power supply is required.

With the included uvsWatch software, the measured times can be displayed and saved on a laptop. The system is suitable, among others, for clubs, schools, companies, and universities. The maximum gate width of the light barriers is 6 m. A laptop is not included in the delivery.

Depending on the application, the timing system can be expanded, for example, with additional light barriers for split times, a start gate with contact, a PC-controlled start light, or large displays. For advanced measurement options, software upgrades are also available for recording section speeds as well as reaction and turning times.
