TheraBand® Exercise Band 5.50 m

The TheraBand is the original fitness band from the well-known brand TheraBand and an essential training tool for all fitness levels. It is made of 100% natural latex and is suitable for both professional use in therapy and various training purposes. It can be cut to any length as desired, allowing it to be adjusted for every exercise and intensity. Available in 8 different strengths, the TheraBand ranges from gentle rehab training to challenging strength training. Particularly noteworthy is the consistent increase in resistance during training, which leads to very effective muscle strengthening.

Can the TheraBand tear?

Yes. TheraBands are natural latex products, and their elasticity decreases over time. The durability largely depends on care and frequency of use. If you notice visible damage such as tears, holes, etc., you should replace your band immediately.

How far can I stretch the TheraBand?

You should not stretch your TheraBand more than 300%. For example, a 2.50 m long band should not be stretched longer than 7.50 m.
