An important part of the correct application is the proper stretching of the tape during taping. The stretching is made visible with the help of the printed honeycomb pattern. There is a small and a large honeycomb printed on the kinesiology tape, which becomes a circle when the tape strip is stretched.
In its normal state, the tape strip is not stretched (0% stretching). The correct percentage of stretching (25% or 50%) is achieved when the small honeycomb almost becomes a circle (25% stretching), or the large honeycomb almost becomes a circle (50% stretching). As an athlete, physiotherapist, or user, you can choose any desired stretching level of the tape strip yourself.

Tips and instructions for proper installation

The tape should be applied to clean, shaved, and oil-free skin. Under these conditions and at normal body temperature, the adhesive can achieve its best possible durability and be applied to various body parts such as the shoulder, neck, arms, thighs, and calves.
