An important part of correct application is the proper stretching of the tape during taping. The stretching is made visible by the printed honeycomb pattern. There is a small and a large honeycomb printed on the kinesiology tape, which turns into a circle when the tape strip is stretched.

In its normal state, the tape strip is not stretched (0% stretch). The correct percentage of stretch (25% or 50%) is achieved when the small honeycomb almost becomes a circle (25% stretch), or when the large honeycomb almost becomes a circle (50% stretch). This allows you as an athlete, physiotherapist, or user to select the desired level of stretch for the tape.

Tips and instructions for proper mounting

The tape should be applied to clean, shaved, and grease-free skin. With these conditions and at normal body temperature, the adhesive can achieve its maximum durability and be applied to various body parts such as shoulder, neck, arms, thighs, and calves.
