The Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer offers a variety of exercise options for therapy and hand rehabilitation. With various stretching and flexing movements, hand strength and mobility can be regained. In four different resistance levels (soft - extra firm), the Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer allows for extension and flexion exercises.

The exercises with the Thera-Band® Hand XTrainer can be performed with the fingers or with the entire hand. The circularly arranged holes (8 holes) serve this purpose. The material is made of high-quality and tear-resistant polyurethane.

The hand trainer is also suitable for cold (refrigerator or freezer) and heat applications (microwave or boiling water). After use, the hand trainer can be easily disinfected. Simply place this finger trainer in boiling water for a short time and the hand trainer is disinfected.
The hand trainer is available in various resistance levels.
