Kann das TheraBand reißen?

Ja. TheraBänder sind Naturprodukte aus Latex, dessen Elastizität mit der Zeit nachlässt. Die Haltbarkeit hängt dabei stark von der Pflege und Häufigkeit der Anwendung ab. Bei sichtbaren Schäden wie z.B. Risse, Löcher usw. solltest du dein Band umgehend ersetzen.

Wie stark kann ich das TheraBand dehnen?

Du solltest dein TheraBand nicht um mehr als 300 % dehnen. Ein 2,50 m langes Band solltest du demnach nicht mehr als 7,50 m lang dehnen.
