To determine the correct stick length, the rule of thumb is: stick length = height (cm) multiplied by 0.66. Individual factors such as arm length or personal walking style can also suggest different stick lengths. For a slow walking pace, choose a shorter stick length; for a faster walking pace, choose a correspondingly longer stick length.
