The Highspeed rope is made of robust PVC and features a reinforced center. This makes it heavy and, above all, fast enough to enable demanding jumps, such as double unders. The length can be individually adjusted up to 285 cm. The plastic handles are easy to clean and provide a secure grip at all times due to their textured surface.
The Skipping Rope is suitable as a training tool for warm-up programs, endurance training, and promotes coordination.
