The Balance Step PRO can be used on both sides and is used in many areas. On the semi-circular surface, a balance, coordination, and endurance training can be performed while standing, jumping, or lying down. The flat side can be used both as a balance board and for push-up exercises. The two included fitness tubes can be attached to the sides of the Balance Step base, allowing for a combined training of the arms, upper body, and balance. The hardness of the Balance Step can be adjusted with the help of the air pump, which also changes the instability of the training device.
The Balance Step PRO is suitable for dynamic training in the fitness studio, specific athletic training, or general balance training for all levels of performance. It is also used for various exercises in therapy.
