Stand-up paddleboarding, also known as SUP or stand up paddling, is one of the water sports. The paddler stands upright on a SUP board and uses a paddle to generate propulsion. Stand-up paddleboarding, or SUP, offers courses, as well as tours, races, and events. A variation of stand-up paddleboarding is SUP Yoga, where yoga exercises are performed on the board in the water.
