Stand-up paddleboarding, also known as SUP or stand up paddling, is one of the water sports. The paddler stands upright on a SUP board and uses a paddle to generate propulsion. Stand-up paddleboarding, or SUP, offers courses, as well as tours, races, and events. A variation of stand-up paddleboarding is SUP Yoga, where yoga exercises are performed on the board in the water. Why not try it out in a course or club? The SUP board is often inflatable and has a length ranging from 1.80m to 4m. These boards can be easily transported and used at lakes, for example.
