This sports console offers completely new, digital movement concepts for schools, clubs, and businesses. The main goal is to promote sports and physical activity, especially among young people, in a playful way by digitally capturing exercises. The sportstation2® is structured like a computer game, which excites children and makes it easier to motivate them for physical activities. Courses and games are stored for all sports, difficulty levels, and variants. Due to frequent updates, new games are constantly added, ensuring that children and young people never get bored. Winning doesn't always depend on being the fastest; the sportstation2® software also includes games that require precise timing, reaction, or endurance.

The device detects movement in its surroundings in three directions using optical sensors. The sportstation2® comes with a tripod set, which ensures the optimal height for measurement. Using individual NFC wristbands and an NFC reader on the device, it knows exactly which user is playing the game. Immediately after completing an exercise, the result is displayed on the screen. A corresponding app allows users to view and edit their profiles on their phones. Here, users can see their results, achievements, collected stars, level advancements, and create a personal avatar. The profile only stores the user's name, gender, and age for individual result evaluation (in compliance with data protection regulations!).

The sportstation2® has a battery life of four hours, which can be extended up to 13 hours using a commercially available power bank and USB-C connection. This makes it usable for an entire school day and can be quickly recharged within two hours. The console is virtually indestructible and can withstand accidental drops without any damage.

With two devices in the Duo set, there is also the option to connect the devices to each other. This allows for capturing split times during certain runs or competing against each other in duels.
