How do you play fistball?

Fistball is a racket sport in which two teams of five players each hit the ball over a net using their fist or arm. The ball is allowed to touch the ground once and must be returned within three contacts at the latest. The aim is to place the ball so that the opponent cannot legally reach it.

Which ball is suitable for school sports?

The ball should be soft and light. For primary schools, the lightest ball weighing 250 g is definitely suitable, while a 300 g ball is perfect for secondary schools. Heavier balls are only used in higher grades, from around 16 years of age.
