- Wie spielt man Faustball?
- Faustball ist ein Rückschlagspiel, bei dem zwei Teams zu je fünf Spielern den Ball mit der Faust oder dem Arm über eine Leine schlagen. Der Ball darf einmal den Boden berühren und muss nach spätestens drei Kontakten zurückgespielt werden. Ziel ist es, den Ball so zu platzieren, dass der Gegner ihn nicht regelgerecht erreichen kann.
- Welcher Ball eignet sich für den Schulsport?
- Der Ball sollte weich und leicht sein, für die Grundschule eignet sich sicher der leichteste Ball mit 250 g, in den weiterführenden Schulen ist ein Ball mit 300 g perfekt geeignet. Erst in den oberen Klassen bei Schülern ab 16 Jahren können schwerere Bälle zum Einsatz kommen.
