The Nordic birch is a typical tree of the northern hemisphere, especially in Scandinavia, Russia, and Japan. Closely linked to the traditional sauna culture. In Finland, it is common to gently tap the skin with young birch branches during sauna sessions to promote sweating tendency. Birch products have long been used in hair care and as a strengthening agent.

- Dosage: 15 - 30 ml per sauna infusion (approx. 1 ½ - 3 cap fillings) are added to one liter of water
