Spikes
Spikes ensure a firm grip of the starting blocks on plastic tracks. Starting blocks, also known as starting rails, are used for sprints in athletics. In competitions, starting blocks are mandatory for all participants up to and including the 400m distance. The runner can achieve a higher speed in the acceleration phase thanks to the starting block. In addition to IAAF-certified starting blocks, you will find starting rails for school sports and the popular BlockX for indoor starts in the Kübler Sport® online shop.
