SPIETH® Round-off Mat
The safety enclosure for the competition springboard is prescribed for rondat jumps by the FIG. Rondat jumps involve jumping backwards off the springboard. The mat surrounds the springboard on three sides, preventing gymnasts from jumping to the side or behind the springboard onto the hard ground and getting injured.
With the cover, the springboard can be positioned close to the vaulting table. The use of rondat mats is mandatory for FIG competitions.
