The construction prevents force peaks and counterblows and offers the optimal combination of the properties of classic wooden springs and the metal springs used in professional settings - for a gentle dip but a strong rebound. The level of hardness is adjustable, allowing the springboard to grow with the body weight and performance level. Even with light and inexperienced children, the springboard starts to move noticeably - ideal for quick learning and continuous improvement. The optimal take-off area is color-coded, but even outside this area, the characteristics are very homogeneous. With a weight of under 20 kg, the springboard is quickly ready for use - ideal for daily training. Suitable for schools and gymnastics clubs.

In this case, we recommend switching to a stronger board model.
