The SPIETH® Berlin Rings Frame is the FIG-certified gymnastics equipment for training and competition.
Competing on rings is one of the men's disciplines. The competition Rings Frame from the brand Spieth Gymnastics is height-adjustable and provides a spring effect only in the downward direction to prevent unwanted counter movements.
The exercises to be performed in ring gymnastics create forces that are multiples of the athlete's body weight. Due to its special design and integrated cushioning, the SPIETH® Berlin Rings Frame reduces this force impact for the best protection of the joints.
