The SPIETH® Pommel Horse Training Aid is used to transition from the mushroom to the pommel horse. The body is covered with high-quality leather and comes with two adjustable and detachable aluminum pommels. The large rubber-covered base prevents floor damage and provides excellent stability.

Gymnastics on the pommel horse is a discipline in men's artistic gymnastics. Before training on the pommel horse, several methodical aids are available. These include the mushroom without pommel for a particularly wrist-friendly training (item no. G2982), the mushroom with pommel (item no. G2985), the competition mushroom (item no. G2984), or the SPIETH circular flank body (item no. G9659).
