The Methodikrolle is an ideal tool for training somersault movements. Suitable for children aged 6 - 12 years. The wedge design allows the roll to come to a stop after one rotation.

The roll works similar to a Flic-Flac trainer. When learning somersault movements, the Methodikrolle gives young gymnasts a secure feeling. Additionally, it relieves the trainers as the weight of the children rests on the roll and does not need to be carried.

The Spieth exercise roll is available in two versions:
- G9916 Methodikrolle (Methodical Roll)
- G9917 Methodikrolle mit Fixierung (Methodical Roll with Fixation)
The roll with fixation comes to a stop after one rotation.
