The Methodikrolle is an ideal tool for training somersault movements. Diameter: 69 cm, therefore ideal for children aged 6 - 12 years.

The roll works similar to a Flic-Flac-Trainer. When learning somersault movements, the Methodikrolle gives young gymnasts a safe feeling. In addition, the trainers are relieved because the weight of the children rests on the roll and does not have to be carried.

The Spieth exercise roll is available in two versions:
- G9916 Methodical roll
- G9917 Methodical roll with fixation
The roll with fixation comes to a stop after one turn.
