With the Spieth Handstand Swing, posture and body tension for the handstand on the rings are trained. The handles correspond to the correct arrangement for the rings.
The Handstand Swing is the next step after the Handstand Blocks (40 cm - Art. G2975, 90 cm - Art. G9672). The ergonomic position of the handles ensures correct hand positioning for gymnastics on the rings. This trains the athlete's posture and body tension. Since only forward and backward movements are possible, the Handstand Swing serves as a precursor to the Handstand Bowl (Art. G9699), which allows movements in all directions.
