SPIETH® Handstand Balls
The handstand balls are ideal for preparing for handstands on the rings. The independent movement of the balls simulates gymnastics on the rings. Training on the floor provides a safe introduction to ring gymnastics. In addition, simple corrections by the coach are possible. Rubber rings for fixing the position of the balls can be purchased separately.
