Product information
The handstand on bars can be ideally learned with the SPIETH® handstand blocks. Handstand exercises for parallel bars, uneven bars, and high bar can be trained close to the ground. The wooden exercise blocks in the 40 and 90 cm versions are versatile and suitable for home use as well. The rounded corners also provide extra safety.
Two bars close to the ground serve as training aids for artistic gymnastics. Support elements are required for both uneven bars for women and high bar or parallel bars for men. The blocks are securely placed on the ground, allowing training close to the ground without the risk of falling.
