SPIETH® Turn Mushroom without pommel for wrist-friendly circular flank training. The mushroom is connected to the wooden base with a stable laminated wood stand plate. The turn body is seamless, grippy, and very comfortable to grip due to its ergonomic shape.

The turn mushroom is essential for the training of young male gymnasts. It is used to prepare for the pommel horse. Training on the turn mushroom without a pommel reduces the strain on the joints and is therefore particularly suitable for children.
