The Spieth strength training bench is used for general and specific strength development and is particularly suitable for preparing for gymnastics on the rings.
The device is used for preparing the cross and head support positions on the rings. The freestanding model is intended for general and specific strength development of the chest, back, and shoulder muscles. It is adjustable in height from 110 to 150 cm. The smooth-running, padded safety sled, equipped with ball bearings, is fastened to metal rails, ensuring long and trouble-free use.
Upon request, the training bench is also available for hanging on climbing walls.
