The wedge-shaped design supports you in maintaining an upright posture while sitting. When sitting on the seat cushion, the flat slope tilts the pelvis forward. This straightens the spine and automatically adopts an upright position on the wedge cushion.

The softX seat wedge cushion is made entirely of PE foam and is equipped with a type of elephant skin. This makes the seat wedge cushion abrasion-resistant, durable, and very hygienic as it absorbs very little dirt. The wedge cushion is available in four different colors and in a round and square version, depending on the therapy chair variant.

Proper sitting on the wedge cushion also relieves the intervertebral discs. In therapy, the seat wedge cushion is used according to Brügger for training, for the training of sitting, and for certain physiotherapeutic exercises. Sitting upright on the seat wedge cushion reduces the possibility of incorrect loading of the musculoskeletal system, spine, and joints.
