Product information
The soccer goal is fully welded and mobile, thanks to the transport wheels on the rear base frame. The internal steel-reinforced angle, the robust corner, provides additional stability to the goal and makes it even more durable. The soccer goal is made of an aluminum oval profile with dimensions of 120 x 100 mm. The transport wheels allow for easy and quick transportation of the goal. The tipping protection is a welded weight tube for filling (e.g. with quartz sand). The soccer goal has an upper net depth of 80 cm and a lower net depth of 200 cm. The base frame of these soccer goals is made of a 75 x 50 mm rectangular profile. The goal is silver in color (anodized aluminum). The SAFETY soccer goals are tip-proof in accordance with FIFA & DFB regulations and comply with the DIN EN 748 standard.

Safety instructions:
To meet the stability requirements according to DIN-EN 748, the weight tube at this lower goal depth of 2 m must be filled on-site with 100 kg of quartz sand.

- Kann man auch ein anderes Füllmaterial nehmen, wie z. B. Bausand?
- Ja, das ist grundsätzlich möglich. Es ist aber zu beachten, dass Bausand leichter ist – man benötigt mehr Volumen, um das gleiche Gewicht zu erreichen. Quarzsand ist laut Norm nicht vorgeschrieben, wird aber empfohlen, da er dicht, sauber und langlebig ist.
- Was ist der Vorteil von SimplyFix gegenüber einer herkömmlichen Netzbefestigung mit Netzhaken?
- Die Netzhalteschiene SimplyFix, auch integrale Netzbefestigung genannt, macht ein leichtes und schnelles Ein- und Aushängen des Netzes möglich, ohne das ein Eindrehen oder Einschieben von Netzhaken notwendig ist. Dadurch gibt es auch keinen Verlust von Netzhaken und es ist immer der gleiche Abstand bei den Einhängepunkten gewährleistet. Das Torprofil und die Netzhalteschiene SimplyFix bilden eine Einheit, denn die Schiene ist bereits werkseitig in die Profile eingeschweißt. Dabei sind die Öffnungen für das Netz in der Schiene nicht scharfkantig sondern gratfrei gefräst.
- Was bedeutet "Oberfläche Aluminium natur" bei einen Fußballtor?
- „Aluminium natur“ bezeichnet eine nicht behandelte Aluminiumoberfläche, die weder beschichtet, lackiert noch eloxiert ist. Die sichtbare Oberfläche entspricht dem Roh-Zustand des Materials und weist den typischen silbermatten Farbton auf. Der Korrosionsschutz erfolgt ausschließlich durch die natürlich entstehende Oxidschicht des Aluminiums. Damit rostet Aluminium auch in unbeschichtetem Zustand, anders als Stahl, nicht und eignet sich dadurch sehr gut für den Einsatz im Außenbereich.
