The Pilates roller made of EVA foam is slightly softer than rubber rollers, making it ideal for beginners and more sensitive users. Because the roller gives slightly under body weight, it provides a more stable support compared to harder rubber rollers. This makes stabilizing exercises on the roller especially easier for beginners.
