Steelflex® Plate Load Shoulder Press

Plate-load strength devices for individual assembly with 50 mm weight plates. Stable, powder-coated steel frames made of oval tube 100 x 50 mm with enclosed industrial ball bearings at the pivot points. High-quality seat and backrest padding, robust grip padding. Seated shoulder press with converging and independently adjustable motion. Seat with gas spring-supported height adjustment.
Training with the shoulder press not only targets the shoulders, but also the upper arm (triceps). The weight can be individually adjusted for the athlete and quickly switched between sets.
