Schildkröt® Super Band Set of 4

The Schildkröt® Super Band 4-Pack offers four closed resistance bands with different resistance levels for versatile full-body training. The bands are suitable for stability, strength, and pull-up exercises, as well as targeted development of the arm, shoulder, chest, and back muscles. The graduated resistance levels allow you to individually adjust and gradually increase the training intensity. The highly stretchable loop bands made of premium latex are compact, easy to transport, and therefore ideal for training at home or on the go. A QR code on the packaging provides additional training tips and exercise instructions.
