This sand catch trench is ideal for long jump pits. During jumping competitions, sand can escape, but it is perfectly caught to protect adjacent surfaces. The sand catch trench also prevents the formation of pools.
When used together with the elastic curbstones, the overall size of the sand pit increases by 6 cm, creating a perfect corner formation with the 56 cm long sand catch trench.
