For the possible transmission of high tensile forces on the floor, bonding of the rubber puzzle mats is recommended. Under normal load, loose laying is also possible. Full-surface bonding should be carried out by a professional installation company. Before installation, the mats should be stored for approximately 24 hours at room temperature. Generally, dispersion or PU adhesives (e.g., Forbo, Henkel, Uzin) are suitable. PU coatings applied in one to three layers maximise the colour fastness of the coloured parts and facilitate the cleaning of the fitness floor.
