Rubber granulate puzzle mats for versatile applications such as home fitness. The puzzle mats are simply locked together. Installation can be done floating. Especially in areas where access for heavy equipment is difficult (e.g. basement rooms), the rubber puzzle mats can be easily integrated.

Assembly Instructions

When transferring high tensile forces on the ground, it is recommended to bond the rubber puzzle mats. Under normal loads, the installation can also be done loosely. Full-surface bonding should be carried out by a professional installation company. Before installation, the mats should be stored at room temperature for approximately 24 hours. Dispersion or PU adhesives are generally suitable (e.g. Forbo, Henkel, Uzin). PU coatings applied in one to three coats maximize the color fastness of the colored areas and make cleaning the fitness floor easier.
