Rubber granulate puzzle mats for versatile applications such as home fitness. The puzzle mats are simply locked together. Installation can be done floating. Especially in areas where access for heavy equipment is difficult (e.g. basement rooms), the rubber puzzle mats can be easily integrated.

Assembly Instructions

For the possible transfer of high tensile forces on the floor, bonding the rubber puzzle mats is recommended. For normal loads, loose laying is also possible. Full-surface bonding should be carried out by a professional installation company. Before installation, the mats should be stored at room temperature for approximately 24 hours. In general, dispersion or PU adhesives are suitable (e.g., Forbo, Henkel, Uzin). PU coatings applied in one to three layers maximize the color fastness of the colored parts and facilitate the cleaning of the fitness floor.
