Plate Load Rowing Machine T-Bar
Plate-loaded strength equipment for individual assembly with 50mm weight plates. Stable, powder-coated steel frames made of oval tubing (100 x 50mm) with enclosed industrial ball bearings at the pivot points. High-quality seat and backrest padding, robust grip padding.
The T-Bar rowing machine is equipped with a sophisticated joint system for a natural range of motion while lying down. Adjustable foot platforms, ergonomic grip positions, and an adjustable support pad ensure optimal training comfort.
Training with the rowing machine primarily targets the upper back muscles (trapezius and latissimus dorsi) and biceps. The weight can be individually adjusted to the athlete and quickly switched between sets.
