Plate Load Rowing Machine
Plate-loaded strength training equipment for individual assembly with 50 mm weight plates. Stable, powder-coated steel frames made of oval tubing, 100 x 50 mm, with encapsulated industrial ball bearings at the pivot points. High-quality seat and back padding, sturdy grip cushioning. The rowing machine is designed for seated use, with a diverging and independent movement pattern and a variable grip position. The seat and chest padding can be adjusted using a gas spring.
Training with the rowing machine primarily targets the upper back muscles (trapezius and latissimus dorsi) and the biceps. The weight can be individually adjusted for each athlete and quickly changed between sets.
