Steelflex® Plate Load Lat Pulldown

Plate-loaded strength machines for individual assembly with 50 mm weight plates. Stable, powder-coated steel frames made of oval tube 100 x 50 mm with enclosed industrial ball bearings at the pivot points. High-quality seat and back padding, robust grip padding. The lat pulldown machine has a converging and separate movement pattern. Additionally, the machine has an adjustable seat and back support pad.

Training with the lat pulldown mainly targets the latissimus, and the biceps and lower arm muscles also engage in the exercise.
