The training set, consisting of a pair of pop-up handball goals, can be easily integrated into training routines and allows for throwing exercises throughout the entire gym, not limited to just two fixed goals, and also outdoors. The two goals can be conveniently transported and set up at any desired location within seconds. The set also includes a practical storage bag, ensuring the goals are optimally stored when not in use.

The goals are designed with the typical, alternating colored, 10 cm large fields in blue and white. Particularly unique for pop-up goals is their rectangular shape, in comparison to the usual round versions. This set provides competitive conditions visually during training sessions. Additionally, the goals are weighted and therefore remain securely and stably in place even without additional weights.
