The Powerball® is the ideal starter model for your effective hand and arm training. With the included starter cord, you activate the Powerball and immediately generate gyroscopic forces equivalent to a training weight of up to 16 kg. Despite its light rotor of only about 180 g, the hand exerciser allows you to have an intense workout for hands, wrists, and forearms. Even at low speeds, you can feel the positive training effect. The robust construction made of shatterproof ABS plastic and the precise electronic balancing ensure excellent rotation stability. The non-slip rubber grip band ensures a secure grip at all times - for an effective and safe training.

How to start the Powerball®:

Insert the provided starting band into the hole in the yellow rotor and wrap the cord along the indentation around the rotor. To start the Powerball®, take the Powerball® in one hand and pull the band all the way out in one swift motion. Then you can start the rotating motion to get the rotor spinning.
