The Body-Solid GPR-400 Power Rack with Lat & Row Attachment GLA-400 is a professional complete solution for demanding strength training in fitness studios, club facilities, as well as high-quality home and garage gyms. By combining a solid power rack with a functional lat pull and row attachment, a particularly versatile full-body workout is made possible in a small space.
Despite the expanded functionality, the system remains ideal for training rooms with low ceilings, with a total height of only 203 cm. The 7.5 × 7.5 cm thick, four-sided welded steel frame construction offers maximum stability and is designed for intensive powerlifting as well as frequent use in group training.
The extra-wide, walk-in design allows for maximum freedom of movement for classic barbell exercises such as squats, deadlifts, or rack pulls. The training spectrum is complemented by the integrated lat pull and row attachment, which enables effective back, arm, and upper body training. An integrated pull-up bar with a 32 mm grip diameter further expands the range of exercises. Thanks to small hole spacing, safety and barbell racks can be precisely adjusted to different users. Optional accessories allow for individual expansion of the system.
