Wooden PlyoBox, Set
Set consisting of one box each with 15, 30, 45, 60, and 75 cm in height.
The wooden PlyoBox is a highly stable jump box designed for plyometric training. To withstand even the toughest demands, the glued wooden panels are additionally secured with multiple screws. Nowadays, these boxes are used as standard training equipment for fitness and explosive strength training in many sports.
The landing surfaces are covered with non-slip rubber. The boxes can be stacked together to save space.
