O'Live® Plyobox SAFE, set of 4
Complete set of heights 15, 30, 45 and 60 cm.
Plyometric platforms made of foam are necessary when safety is the focus of jump training. The soft material ensures a softer landing and prevents injuries when jump heights are not fully reached. This is why the Plyo Box SAFE is often used when training with children or beginners, or when explosive jumps to maximum height are performed.
The plyo boxes can be connected to each other using Velcro fasteners.
