Wooden Plyobox
The wooden PlyoBox is a highly stable jump box for plyometric training. To withstand even the toughest demands, the glued wooden panels are additionally fastened with multiple screws. Nowadays, these boxes are widely used as standard training equipment for fitness and explosive strength training in many sports.
The landing surfaces are covered with non-slip rubber. The boxes can be stacked together to save space.
