The 4FCIRCLE® Station Dips Bars 2-fold is a robust training device for targeted workouts of the core, arm, and shoulder muscles. The two parallel stainless steel bars allow for a variety of bodyweight exercises such as dips or planking variations. For additional grip and safety, the ends of the bars are equipped with ergonomic "grip balls".
