The 4FCIRCLE® Station Dip Bars 2-fold with integrated foundation and impact protection plates provide optimal conditions for a safe and effective outdoor training session. The sturdy stainless steel bars are specially designed for targeted training of the core, arm, and shoulder muscles. Ergonomic "grip balls" at the ends of the bars ensure additional grip and comfort during each exercise. With the included prefabricated foundations and impact protection plates, the station can be quickly installed and offers maximum safety - ideal for parks, schoolyards, or fitness facilities in public spaces.
