Pilates Ball Melina

The exercise ball is made of soft, foam-like, super grippy PVC material. It can be quickly and easily inflated and deflated with a straw. It is suitable as a training accessory for a versatile fitness workout, for exercises in physiotherapy, and of course for Pilates.
Unlike exercising on a firm and flat surface, the body has to react to the instability when training on a gym ball. In order to maintain balance, a variety of muscle groups are activated and trained in addition to the abdominal and back muscles.
