Pedalo® Foot Rollers
The bilateral use of pedalo® foot rollers allows for a versatile and varied foot and leg axis training (foot-ankle-knee-hip joint) for strengthening and stretching the foot muscles to straighten the foot arch, training the foot torsion for a healthy foot.
Noticeably improves standing and walking stability, proven effective in fall prevention. Ideal as a base in combination with a rocker board, spring board, or rotating rocker board to increase the difficulty level of the exercises. In this case, two stacked and independent movement patterns need to be balanced.
