Many gymnasts know push-up handles as handstand bars or handstand blocks. However, the innovative push-up handles from Pedalo® are unique thanks to their four different sides. The side cheeks have one flat and three differently rounded sides, which increases the difficulty of holding the handles steadily while doing push-ups or standing on them in a handstand.
A wide range of training options can be performed with the push-up handles in competitive and elite sports, club or recreational sports, as well as privately at home.
